ANALISI DELL’ ACRILAMMIDE NEI PRODOTTI ALIMENTARI

Con riferimento al regolamento (UE) 2017/2158 del 20 novembre 2017 della Commissione Europea, che stabilisce misure di riduzione e valori di riferimento per la riduzione del contenuto di acrilammide negli alimenti, Laemmegroup effettua l’analisi degli alimenti con il metodo UNI EN 16618:2015 con LOQ = 20ug/kg, adatto anche agli alimenti per bambini.

Il laboratorio esegue le analisi entro 48-72 ore.
