Administrative Liability of Companies according to Legislative Decree 231/01

Tentamus Italia srl and its controlled Companies have adopted an Organisation and Management Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, in order to prevent crimes that could determine the liability of the Company, if the offences are committed in the interest or to the benefit of the organisation.

The Organisation Model is combined with the Company’s Ethic Code, with the intent of assuring that all business activities are in accordance with Transparency, Correctness and Fairness as inspiring values.

Each Entity of Tentamus Italia Group has appointed an independent Supervisory Board, that must control the correct respect of the Model and update it whenever necessary. The Board is composed by an external Lawyer and internal members; solely the holding Tentamus Italia srl has a single external member.

The implementation of the Model includes an adequate internal training plan to grant knowledge and awareness of: Decree DLGS 231/01 and the crimes covered, the Company Code of Ethics and the Organisational Model implemented by the Group companies.
