Laemmegroup has launched a significant operational expansion to provide clients with an even faster, more efficient, and more reliable analytical service.
The entire process has been completely redesigned: from sample receipt to the issuance of analytical results, with full integration between sample reception and the preparation department.
Homogenization as the Central Hub of the Analytical Process
Sample preparation and homogenization have been strengthened and formally established as a dedicated department.
Under the new organizational model:
- The sample is registered and labeled.
- It is immediately made available to the preparation department.
- It is managed according to shared priorities (urgency, matrix type, analytical scope).
This system ensures:
- sample representativeness
- reduced internal turnaround times
- direct interdepartmental communication
- coordinated activity planning
Expanded and Reorganized Preparation Areas
Laboratory spaces have been expanded and systematically reorganized.
Additional workstations have been introduced, structured by:
- department
- matrix type
- type of activity performed
The new layout improves control of sample flow, minimizes operational interference, and optimizes operator ergonomics.
Calibrated Systems to Ensure Safety and Quality
Extraction and ventilation systems have been upgraded and calibrated according to specific activities and associated risk profiles.
The adopted solutions ensure:
